Bischoff Recalls His Favorite nWo Moment

During a recent episode of “Talk Is Jericho”, Eric Bischoff discussed his favorite memory during the NWO’s run with WCW. Here’s what he had to say:

There were so many of them, and this certainly wasn’t the biggest moment, because there were so many other big moments, between Hulk Hogan turning and so many of the other things that we did, too many to recount here. But for me personally, of the things I was physically involved in, I think when Kevin Nash powerbombed me off the stage in Baltimore, sh#t got real. And I mean, that was just a powerbomb, that was not a big deal. It looked like it was, but it really wasn’t. But you could feel, I could feel, for the first time, because I was always backstage, I wasn’t in the ring, I wasn’t doing it the way you guys [Scott Hall, DDP, Booker T, Chris Jericho] were, you guys could sense the audience, I was backstage in an office on a monitor, right, it’s different, but when I was out there on that stage and Scott punched me in the stomach and Kevin spun me around, jackknife powerbombed me off the stage, when I got backstage, I could feel the energy, and I knew it was different than all of the energy I had ever felt before, and that stands out to me.
