Biography

– Caiazzo met Perry Saturn in the late 1980s after he began working as a bouncer at a club owned by Saturn. Saturn recommended Caiazzo attend Killer Kowalski’s wrestling school
– Caiazzo graduated from Kowalski’s school in 1989 and would wrestle his first matches as ‘The Eliminator’
– Caiazzo (now named John Kronus) and Saturn formed a tag team in the USWA in 1993
– On May 2, 1994, The Eliminators (Saturn & Kronus) defeated Eddie Gilbert & Brian Christopher to win the vacant USWA Tag Team Titles
– On May 9, The Eliminators defeated Spike Huber & Billy Travis to retain the USWA Tag Team Titles
– On May 16, The Eliminators defeated The Spiders (1 & 2) to retain the USWA Tag Team Titles
– On May 29, The Eliminators defeated The Spiders in a Losers Leave Town Match to retain the USWA Tag Team Titles

– On September 20, 1997, The Gangstanators defeated The Dudley Boyz (Buh Buh Ray & D-Von) to win the ECW Tag Team Titles, but would lose them to The FBI without making a televised defense
– Kronus had a stint with FMW in early 1998
– Kronus left ECW in early 1999 having last appeared on TV in September of the previous year
– On March 11, 2000, Kronus fought CZW Heavyweight Champion Zandig to a no-contest
– Kronus retired from wrestling in late 2002
– Kronus came out of retirement for the Hardcore Homecoming shows in 2005, but would return to retirement thereafter
– Caiazzo passed away of heart failure on July 18, 2007
