Biography

– Menzies began his sporting career in rugby league, competing mostly in the English Championship between 2007 and 2017, as well as making a single appearance for Hull KR in the Super League
– Menzies began training in pro wrestling under Marty Jones in early 2016
– In November 2016, Menzies attended a WWE tryout during their UK tour
– On October 22, 2017, Menzies defeated TCW Open Champion Sean Only by DQ
– On April 21, 2018, Menzies defeated El Ligero, Joseph Conners & Rampage Brown in an Elimination Match to win the 3CW Title, but would lose it to Rampage in his first defence a month later
– In May 2018, it was announced that Menzies had signed with WWE and would be relocating to Florida to compete for NXT
– Menzies wrestled his first NXT match at a live event on July 28, 2018, defeating Mars Wang
– Menzies made his first televised appearance on the August 29 episode of NXT, losing to Keith Lee
– In the summer of 2019, Luke Menzies became Ridge Holland
– In November 2019, Holland began a run on NXT UK
– In October 2020, Holland suffered a severe leg break after attempting to catch a diving Oney Lorcan during a match on NXT television. He would be forced out of action for nearly a year

– On the Takeover 36 pre-show, Holland defeated Trey Baxter
– In the 2021 Draft, Holland was moved to Smackdown, where he would align himself with Sheamus
– On the Day 1 2022 pre-show, Holland & Sheamus defeated Ricochet & Cesaro. Holland could not finish the match due to suffering a broken nose
– In March 2022, Holland & Sheamus introduced the third member of their stable, Pete Dunne (renamed Butch). The three would become known as The Brawling Brutes
– At WrestleMania 38, Holland & Sheamus defeated The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods)
– At Extreme Rules 2022, The Brawling Brutes (Holland, Sheamus & Butch) defeated Imperium (Ludwig Kaiser, Giovanni Vinci & Gunther) in a Good Old Fashioned Donnybrook Match
– In late 2023, Holland was sent back to NXT
– At Spring Breakin’ 2024, Holland defeated Shawn Spears
– On the August 13 NXT, Chase U (Holland & Andre Chase) defeated Nathan Frazer & Axiom to win the NXT Tag Team Titles, but would lose them back a few weeks later at No Mercy, after which Holland would turn on Chase
– At Halloween Havoc 2024, Holland defeated Andre Chase in an Ambulance Match
