James Storm Says If He Came To WWE, He Would Not Want To Immediately Be Paired With Bobby Roode

During an interview with Mirror Sports’ Ryan Gallacher. The possibility of James Storm coming to the WWE company was brought up and Storm was also asked about reforming ‘Beer Money’ with former WWE United States Champion Bobby Roode. Storm added that if he were to come to WWE, he does not want to immediately be paired with Booby Roode and would like to establish himself as a singles competitor first.

“I don’t know if it would ever happen as far as us being called Beer Money. If Vince wanted us to be called Beer Money and wanted us to rejoin, that would be no problem. But if I was to go there on my own, I think I would at first establish my own name.” He said. “Establish myself as a player. I don’t want to be there and be thrown straight into a tag team. I’d rather just start out, even in NXT and build my name up inside that WWE bubble, and then maybe later down the road, me and Bobby could become Beer Money.”
