7/17 WWE house show results from Newark, NJ
The attendance was over 5,000, the upper deck was closed.
1. Neville beat Bo Dallas
2. Sheamus beat R-Truth
3. Cesaro beat King Barrett by submission
– They showed the Connor tribute video.
4. Prime Time Players retained the titles over New Day (no Xavier Woods)
5. John Cena over Kevin Owens by DQ. Great match, Owens with the low blow at the end. Should be great on Sunday once again.
6. Paige over Tamina
7. Roman Reigns beat Bray Wyatt by pinfall. Wyatt attacked him after the match. Reigns getting solid pops on the house show circuit.
8. Seth Rollins beat Dean Ambrose in the Newark Street Fight after interference from Bray Wyatt. And obviously Roman Reigns made the save.
Not that bad of a card, since two of these matches are on the PPV Sunday. Biggest pops of the night were Cena, Ambrose and Rollins.
