2009 – on WWE Raw, Mark Henry, Evan Bourne, & Jack Swagger were all moved to Raw as part of a “mini-draft” that Vince McMahon claimed was put into motion by Donald Trump during Trump’s brief run as “Raw owner”


In 2008, WWE Night Of Champions was held at American Airlines Arena, in Dallas, Texas. With an attendance of 16,151:

Jeff Hardy defeated Montel Vontavious Porter
– John Morrison & The Miz defeated Finlay & Hornswoggle to retain the WWE Tag Team Titles
– Matt Hardy defeated Chavo Guerrero Jr. (with Bam Neely) to retain the WWE United States Title
– Mark Henry defeated Kane & The Big Show to win the ECW Title
– The Legacy (Ted DiBiase & Cody Rhodes) defeated Hardcore Holly in a Handicap Match to win the World Tag Team Titles (Rhodes had won the titles with Holly, but later turned on him)
– Kofi Kingston defeated Chris Jericho (with Lance Cade) to win the WWE Intercontinental Title
– Mickie James defeated Katie Lea Burchill (with Paul Burchill) to retain the WWE Women’s Title
– Edge defeated Batista to retain the World Heavyweight Title
– Triple H defeated John Cena to retain the WWE Title

In 2014, WWE Money In The Bank was held at the TD Garden, in Boston, Massachusetts. With an attendance of 15,563:

– Paige defeated Naomi (with Cameron) to retain the WWE Diva’s Title
– Adam Rose defeated Damien Sandow
– Seth Rollins defeated Dean Ambrose, Kofi Kingston, Rob Van Dam, Dolph Ziggler, Jack Swagger (with Zeb Colter) to win the Money In The Bank Ladder Match to earn a WWE World Heavyweight Title Match Contract
– Goldust & Stardust (Cody Rhodes) defeated Rybaxel (Curtis Axel & Ryback)
– Rusev (with Lana) defeated Big E
– Layla defeated Summer Rae (with Fandango as the special guest referee)
– John Cena defeated Bray Wyatt, Kane, Randy Orton (with Stephanie McMahon & Triple H), Roman Reigns, Cesaro (with Paul Heyman, & Sheamus in a Ladder Match to win the vacant WWE World Heavyweight Title

Title Changes

1987 – Tony Atlas & Skip Young defeated Ted Arcidi & Texas Young in the final of a tournament to win the vacant Texas Tag Team Titles

1992 – Tom Prichard defeated Brian Christopher to win the USWA Southern Heavyweight Title in Memphis, Tennessee. The title that had been vacated a week earlier when a match between the 2 ended in a no-contest. On the same show, Jerry Lawler & Jeff Jarrett defeated The Moondogs (Spot & Spike) to win the USWA Tag Team Title

1998 – on Raw, Steve Austin defeated Kane to win the WWF Title, ending Kane’s reign the night after it begun

1999 – on Raw, The Hardy Boyz (Matt & Jeff) defeated The Acolytes (Bradshaw & Faarooq) to win the WWF Tag Team Titles

2002 – The WWE Hardcore Title’s 24/7 Rule sees the belt pass from Bradshaw to Shawn Stasiak, to Spike Dudley, to Steven Richards, & back to Bradshaw

2002 – Jimmy Rave defeated Rocky Reynolds, & Jeremy Lopez in a 3-Way Match to win the NWA Junior Heavyweight Title

2012 – Adam Cole defeated Roderick Strong to win the ROH Television Title
