Raw and Smackdown post nearly identical ratings for the week

Raw on Monday night, featuring the announcement of Mick Foley as the new Raw general manager, posted a 2.22 rating, down for a 2.28 rating the previous week. The debut of Smackdown live, featuring the WWE draft and the Seth Rollins vs. Dean Ambrose WWE title rematch, posted a 2.2 rating, which was up from a 1.56 rating on 7/14.
