– Terui debuted for Toryumon on May 3, 2000, working under his real name in a defeat to Yasushi Kanda
– By the end of the year, Terui was working as ‘Milano Collection AT’
– Milano Collection AT won the 2000 Toryumon Young Dragons Cup, defeating Ryo Saito in the final
– On March 3, 2002, Milano Collection AT defeated Masato Yoshino to win the vacant NWA International Light Heavyweight Title
– On June 6, Milano Collection AT defeated Don Fujii to retain the NWA International Light Heavyweight Title
– On September 8, The Italian Connection (Milano Collection AT, YASSINI & YOSSINO) defeated Crazy MAX (Don Fujii, CIMA & TARU) to win the UWA Trios Titles, but would lose them back two months later
– On August 30, 2003, The Italian Connection (Milano Collection AT, Condotti Shuji & YOSSINO) defeated Shin M2K (Kenichiro Arai, Dragon Kid & Masaaki Mochizuki), Do FIXER (Genki Horiguchi, Susumu Yokosuka & Magnum TOKYO) and Crazy MAX (Don Fujii, CIMA & SUWA) in an Elimination Match to win the UWA Trios Titles
