Biography

– On September 1, 2007, Pearce defeated Brent Albright in the finals of a tournament to determine a new NWA World Heavyweight champion in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. Pearce became the first NWA champion since TNA broke ties with the National Wrestling Alliance.
– On March 14, 2010 in Charlotte, NC, Pearce defeated NWA National Champ Phill Shatter and NWA World Champion Blue Demon Jr. to capture the NWA World Title.
– The scheduled 3-way championship match became a 4-way match when Jimmy Rave injected himself into the picture and causing havoc on July 31, 2011. In the end, “Scrap Iron” Adam Pearce pinned Rave in Columbus, OH, allowing him to become the 84th NWA Worlds Champion and begin his forth title reign.
– On May 19, 2015, Pearce signed a contract with WWE as NXT trainer
– In 2020, Pearce began appearing on-screen as an authority figure, initially on the Smackdown brand, before moving to Raw in 2022.
