- On June 12, 1967, Mascaras defeated Espanto I in Mexico City, Mexico for the Mexico D.F. National Light Heavyweight title.
- Mascaras regained the National Light Heavyweight title on March 22, 1968 by defeating El Nazi.
- On June 7, 1968, Mascaras claimed the vacant NWA Americas title.
- Mascaras regained the NWA Americas title on May 9, 1969 by defeating the Sheik in Los Angeles, CA. The title would be held up following a match against Black Gordman, but Mascaras recaptured the belt by beating Gordman in a rematch on June 6, 1969.
- Mascaras won a NWA Americas Tag Team title with Alfonso Dantes, and one with Ray Mendoza in January 1971.
- In his Japanese debut on February 19, 1971, Mascaras defeated Kantaro Hoshino in Tokyo.
- Mascaras defeated John Tolos on September 24, 1971 to reclaim the NWA Americas title.
