Zoey Stark underwent knee surgery for a horrific injury she suffered last week on Raw during a triple threat match against Rhea Ripley and Kairi Sane.

A mistimed missile dropkick nearly snapped her leg in half and Stark had to be taken out of the match, eventually carried to the back by the WWE doctor at ringside.

In a post on her Instagram Stories, Stark posted a photo of her heavily-bandaged knee in a brace, writing that her road to recovery starts now, with the label “day 1.”

Stark wrote last week that she would be out for a while but the comeback is greater than the setback.

  1. I’m sorry she got hurt but when she recovers, she should go to a place where she may get a reaction. WWE isn’t the place for her.

  2. When he first started, no one cared about Randy Orton until he got injured and did vignette’s to make sure no one forgot him. I’m not saying Stark is the next Orton, but she should use her recovery time to rethink her gimmick or come up with ways to get over.

  3. “Her gimmick” has been tied to others for quite a while, mostly PFC on the main roster. I don’t know if being in a group is keeping her from getting over individually or if she was put in a group because she couldn’t get over individually, but a repackaging might be what she needs, especially now that Shayna’s gone. She definitely brings something different to the division, they just need to figure out how to present that in a way people respond to.
