Also, isn’t calling someone a fraud grounds for a lawsuit?
@Luke, now, it’s not grounds for a lawsuit. The threshold for Bischoff to prove damage is too large.

Okay, but Bischoff saw first hand how lawsuits worked at Turner (pay everyone what they want) and may be under the impression that Tony Khan will do the same. Keep in mind that both CM Punk and Ace Steel were very happy with the way things worked out. Almost too happy.
