AEW Rampage rating/viewership for last week

Friday’s live edition of AEW Rampage drew an average of 455,000 viewers on TNT, according to Nielsen via Showbuzz Daily.

This is up 20.37% from the previous week’s live episode, which drew 378,000 viewers.

Rampage drew a 0.14 rating in the 18-49 key demographic on Friday. This is up 16.66% from the previous week’s episode, which drew a 0.12 rating in the key demo. Friday’s 0.14 key demo rating represents 183,000 18-49 viewers, which is up 15.82% from the 158,000 18-49 viewers that the previous week’s 0.12 key demo rating represented, according to Wrestlenomics.

Friday’s Rampage ranked #20 for the night on the Cable Top 150 with the 0.14 key demo rating. This is up from the previous week’s #27 ranking.

Friday’s Rampage ranked #78 in viewership for the night on cable. This is up from the previous week’s #81 ranking.

Friday’s Rampage drew the eleventh-lowest total audience of the year so far for a normal timeslot episode, and the ninth-lowest key demo rating of the year so far for a regular timeslot episode, tied with seven other episodes. Sports competition from Friday included two NBA games on ESPN, two College Football games on ESPN2, plus WWE SmackDown on FOX. Friday’s Rampage viewership was up 20.37% from the previous week’s episode, and the key demo rating was down 7.69% from the previous week.

This week’s Rampage viewership was down 24.04% from the same week in 2021. The key demo rating was down 36.36% from the previous year.

The NBA game between the Bulls and the Celtics on ESPN topped the night on the Cable Top 150 with a 0.50 key demo rating, also drawing 1.472 million viewers. Tucker Carlson Tonight on FOX News topped the night on cable in viewership with 3.492 million viewers, also drawing a 0.20 key demo rating for the #6 spot on the Cable Top 150.

Blue Bloods on CBS topped the night on network TV in viewership with an average of 6.093 million viewers, also drawing a 0.35 key demo rating. Ricos Tambien Lloran on Univision topped the night on network TV in the 18-49 key demo with a 0.54 rating, also drawing 1.618 million viewers.

Friday’s AEW Rampage aired live from Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, NJ, with the following line-up advertised ahead of time – Mike Tyson’s return as guest commentator, the reveal of more names for the AEW World Title Eliminator Tournament at Full Gear, a promo by Ricky Starks, Britt Baker and Jamie Hayter vs. Madison Rayne and Skye Blue, AEW All-Atlantic Champion Orange Cassidy defending against NJPW’s Katsuyori Shibata, plus AEW TNT Champion Wardlow and ROH World Television Champion Samoa Joe vs. The Gates of Agony, which was the main event.
