Linda McMahon comments on the new inflation numbers

Apr 12, 2022 - by Steve Gerweck

Linda McMahon, a former candidate for the United States Senate and a member of President Trump’s cabinet, comments on the updated U.S. inflation figures…

The inflation numbers are out, and in Biden’s America it is 8.8% more expensive for Americans to put food on the table and it costs 48% more for them to fill up their vehicles with gas.

Inflation taxes are real, and they are hurting hard working Americans.

    Sadly, she’s not wrong.

  2. Ian Toast says:

    It’s a small price to pay.

  3. Luke says:

    And this is exactly how you manipulate stupid people.
    Now what does this have to do with wrestling? Why is it here?

  4. TrollBuster says:

    Inflation would also be a thing, if the fascist would still be president.

  5. Disgruntled Jobber says:

    She needs to shut her worthless mouth, considering she advised on wealthy and corporate tax cuts that put us on this road in the first place.

  6. Inflation is much higher than 8.8%, just go to the grocery store. Products are 15 to 25% higher in price and/or shrinking in size. The Dollar Tree raised prices from $1 to $1.25 across the board.

    I think political discourse on wrestling sites should be removed because it is an unsettling topic to many people where people on here will be offended by one person’s perspective on a political stance and potential lead to an unhappy environment for this site. That’s my take.

    @Steve Gerweck.
    You are correct. There are other inflation indicators that show inflation is higher than “official” figures.

    I don’t mind if something political is on here. People can say whatever the hell they want, if you don’t like it… then keep scrolling. To correct Trollbuster, if Trump WAS still president then we would all be a lot… and I mean a LOT…. better off. Too bad people were so weak that they let him get under their skin so bad lol. When people let that happen it just shows how weak they are, and a lot of people are obviously weak. Sometimes the truth hurts, but you’ll heal and see the light eventually.

  10. Luke says:

    @Stonz
    Just curious. Exactly how would you be a lot better off? Or even a little? And what truth?

  11. Nolo King says:

    Recession is coming. This is what happens when people let blind hatred influence their decisions

  12. Stonz says:

    @ Luke
    That Trump was a far better leader than people give him credit for. Trump haters will defend anyone opposing Trump, no matter how bad they are at running the country. Look at the situation the USA is in now… Compare that to how much better it was when Trump was in office. It speaks for itself. Of course, people will still make all kinds of excuses and try and blame the problems nowadays on Trump. Bottom line, this administration sucks and is just bankrupting the citizens of the USA. The guy in office now is one of the (if not THE) worst president ever.

  13. Luke says:

    @Stonz
    You see, this is the problem with Trump supporters, you ask them for facts and all you get in return is opinions. Care to try again?

  14. WrestleFan says:

    @Luke
    Well, when it comes to Stonz, are you surprised? Rightists like him have no facts they can put forward, or they don’t have facts that they can positively attribute to their party.

    If anything, Biden’s done better in his first year than Trump did in all four. And, that’s public knowledge anyone can research.

    And, anyone who thinks Trump was a good leader probably think his dictatorous buddies Putin & Jong-un are also good leaders, since that’s what Trump thought.

    What Stonz proves is that rightists are legitimately delusional, because they refuse to acknowledge what actually happened during Trump’s time in office.

    If anything, you won’t get what you’re asking of him, because he doesn’t have the information you’re asking him for.

  15. Joseph says:

    When it comes to politics, your President, and your political party can never do any wrong, and the other President, and political party can never do anything right.

  16. Luke says:

    @Joseph
    Assuming you have one and/or the other. That doesn’t apply to me.

  17. Joseph says:

    @Luke – I’m curious. Who do you think is to blame for our high inflation? And just to make it known. I am a Trump supporter.

  18. Luke says:

    @Joseph
    I don’t care about your inflation. I don’t even care about my (currently much higher) inflation. Contrary to what stupid people think, it’s not money that makes the world go round.
