Biography

– Gutiérrez is the real-life son of Mexican legend Rey Mysterio Jr
– Dominik made his first on-screen appearance as a 6-year old, celebrating in-ring with his father following his WWE Cruiserweight Title victory
– In the summer of 2005, Dominik was the subject of a storyline between his father and Eddie Guerrero, in which the two battled for kayfabe custody of Dominik
– In 2018, Gutiérrez began training with Jay Lethal
– In March 2019, Dominik (now credited as Dominik Mysterio) made his official WWE debut, appearing alongside his father in a promo segment
– Mysterio wrestled his first match at Summerslam 2020, losing to Seth Rollins in a Street Fight
– In the 2020 draft, Mysterio was moved to Smackdown and formed a regular tag team with his father
