– Wilson is the real-life brother of fellow wrestler Nick Gage
– Wilson began his career in various US indies, but came to prominence in CZW in 1999 as ‘Justice Pain’
– On April 3, Pain defeated The Sensational One to win the CZW Junior Heavyweight Title
– On May 29, Pain defeated Reckless Youth to retain the CZW Junior Heavyweight Title
– On June 19, Pain defeated Lobo to win the CZW Iron Man Title
