WWE reportedly doesn’t see anything in current superstar

Aleister Black has not been on TV since he was drafted to Smackdown on October 12th. According to Uncle Dave Meltzer it has nothing to do with WWE’s issues with his wife Zelina Vega.

Meltzer just flat out said “Vince and those in charge don’t see anything in him. The only person that saw anything in him was Paul Heyman who pushed him while he was in charge of RAW. It actually came down between Black and Drew as to who would face Lesnar at WM 36. Ultimately it was Drew who was slotted in that position.”

Black did recently ask to be sent back to NXT but was denied.
