The opening credits roll. Excalibur, Jim Ross, and Tony Schiavone are on commentary from Jacksonville, Florida.

Match #1 – AEW World Tag Team Championship Match: FTR (Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood) (c) (w/Tully Blanchard) vs. Best Friends (Chuck Taylor and Trent)
Taylor and Wheeler start the match and lock up. Wheeler drops Taylor with a shoulder tackle and then applies a wrist-lock. Harwood tags in and applies a wrist-lock of his own. Taylor turns it into a headlock, and then drops Harwood with a shoulder tackle. Taylor takes Harwood down with an arm-drag and tags in Trent. Best Friends drop Harwood with a double shoulder tackle and Trent goes for the cover, but Harwood kicks out. Harwood comes back and takes Trent to the corner. Harwood delivers a few chops, but Trent delivers some of his own as well. Trent knocks Wheeler off the apron and tries to take Harwood down, but Harwood makes the tag anyway and FTR double team Trent. They drop Trent with a double suplex and Wheeler goes for the cover, but Trent kicks out. Wheeler chokes Trent against the ropes and tags in Harwood. FTR drop Trent to the mat and Harwood goes for the cover, but Trent kicks out. Harwood drops Trent with a back elbow and tags in Wheeler. FTR double catapult Trent into the bottom rope, and then Wheelers connects with a few stomps. Trent comes back with an elbow, but Wheeler spears him to the floor.
Harwood tags in and goes to the floor, but Trent delivers a few shots. Trent gets back into the ring and goes for the tag, but Harwood grabs his foot. Wheeler tags back in and wrenches Trent’s neck. Trent fights back with shots, but Wheeler delivers a few uppercuts. Wheeler comes off the ropes, but Trent drops him with a clothesline. Harwood tags in and drops Taylor on the apron. Harwood delivers a shot to Trent and sends him to the corner. Harwood drops Trent to the mat with a back drop from the top and tags in Wheeler. Wheeler comes down on Trent and goes for the cover, but Trent kicks out. Wheeler comes off the ropes, but Trent gets his knees up to block. Harwood and Taylor tag in, and Taylor drops FTR with clotheslines. Taylor sends FTR to the floor with clotheslines, and then drops them on the floor with a dive. Taylor rolls Harwood back into the ring and drops him with a Falcon Arrow. Taylor goes for the cover, but Harwood kicks out. Taylor tries to suplex Harwood back into the ring, but Blanchard trips Taylor. Harwood goes for the cover, but Taylor kicks out. Wheeler tags in as Taylor gets in Blanchard’s face.
Taylor comes back with a sunset flip on Wheeler and gets a two count. Trent tags in and Best Friends drop Wheelers with the Soul Food/half-and-half combo. Wheeler gets dropped by a knee strike and Trent goes for the cover, but Wheeler kicks out. Harwood pulls Taylor to the floor as Trent delivers elbow strikes to Wheeler. Wheeler comes back and drops Trent to the mat, and then tags in Harwood. FTR drop Trent with a double power bomb and Harwood goes for the cover, but Trent kicks out. Harwood delivers a back suplex and goes for the cover again, but Trent kicks out once more. Harwood puts Trent up top and delivers a shot to his back. Trent comes back with elbow shots, and then knocks Wheeler to the apron as well. Harwood comes back for a back suplex from the top, but Trent counters and lands on Harwood. Trent goes for the cover, but Wheeler breaks it up. The teams exchange DDT’s and then Harwood goes for the cover, but Trent kicks out. Wheeler goes up top, but Taylor knocks him down. Best Friends hit Strong Zero on Harwood and Trent goes for the cover, but Wheeler breaks it up.
Taylor and Wheeler go to the floor, and Wheeler delivers a Brain Buster on the floor. Trent goes after Wheeler, but Wheeler throws Trent through Kip Sabian’s arcade game. Sabian tells Penelope Ford to go get Miro as FTR rolls Trent back into the ring. FTR go for Goodnight Express, but Taylor drops Wheeler with a kick to the face. Trent drops Harwood with a DDT and tags in Taylor. Taylor delivers a few chops to Harwood, but Wheeler connects with a shot to Taylor’s head with the title belt and Harwood gets the pin fall.
Winners and still AEW World Tag Team Champions: FTR
-After the match, Miro rushes the ring and takes out Best Friends with clotheslines. Miro sends Taylor to the floor and delivers shots to Trent as Sabian gets into the ring as well.

Match #2 – Tag Team Match: Kip Sabian and Miro (w/Penelope Ford) vs. Lee Johnson and Sean Maluta
Miro and Maluta start the match and Miro sends Maluta to the outside and beats him down. Miro gets Maluta back into the ring and continues the beat down. Miro knocks Johnson to the floor with a right hand and then clubs Maluta to the mat. Sabian tags in and connects with a splash in Maluta. Miro tags back in and locks in the Game Over and Maluta taps out.
Winners: Kip Sabian and Miro
-After the match, Sabian says Best Friends went too far when they broke his video game. Miro tells them that they broke his shit and it is now game over.

Lance Archer is beating down Jon Moxley backstage. He slams Moxley on a table as trainers rush in to stop him.

The tournament to crown a number one contender for the AEW World Championship will begin next week. The bracket is also revealed. In the first round, Penta El Zero M will face Rey Fenix, Kenny Omega will face Joey Janela, Wardlow will face Jungle Boy, and Adam Page will face Colt Cabana.

MJF makes his way to the ring with Wardlow. MJF says people boo him because they are envious of him and says he has accomplished more in the last year and the fans have in their entire lives. MJF says he is here to stay on top, just like a man who he is going to call out to the ring tonight. He introduces Chris Jericho. Jericho comes to the ring with the rest of The Inner Circle. MJF tells the crowd that they were singing Jericho’s tune off key. The Inner Circle are wearing the jackets that MJF gave to them, except for Sammy Guevara. Guevara doesn’t want to wear his, but Jericho tells him to put it on. It is about three sizes too big and Guevara is unhappy. MJF compliments Jericho’s physique and looks. MJF asks to touch Jericho’s hair and Jericho obliges. Jericho tells MJF to cut the shit and wants to know MJF’s announcement. MJF says the two biggest draws are looking at each other eye-to-eye. He says if Jericho is the Demo God, then he is the Ratings Ruler. MJF says they worked their way to the top since day one in AEW, but they have never gotten physical in the ring. He says they have mutual respect for each other. He says they are going to have to adapt if they want to stay on top. MJF asks what if they work together. MJF struggles to say what he wants to say. He finally says that he might want to join The Inner Circle. Santana grabs the microphone from MJF and says there is no chance they want him in The Inner Circle. Jericho says they are a family and make their decisions together. Jericho says they need some time to consider it, and tells MJF they should meet one-on-one next week…for a steak dinner. MJF says Jericho is on, and they shake hands.

Schiavone is shown getting a massage with Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. Baker reveales rule number five for being a role model. Rule number five is to be the baddest bitch on the block. They freak out and run away because Schiavone is naked. Later on, they give him a chest wax, and then Baker says nothing can slow her down. Baker says the entire division has been put on notice. Baker yells at Schiavone for not being there for her comeback. She will be in action next week.

Match #3 – AEW TNT Championship Match: Cody (c) (w/Arn Anderson and Brandi Rhodes) vs. Orange Cassidy
Cody tries to get Cassidy to lock up, but Cassidy ducks and puts his hands in his pockets. Cody shoves Cassidy against the ropes, and Cassidy finally locks up. They go to the corner and have a semi-clean break. Cody drops Cassidy to the mat, but Cassidy kicks him away. Cody comes back with a side headlock take-down. Cassidy comes back with a roll-up for one, and then gets another roll-up for two. Cody comes back with a knee strike and then drops Cassidy with a delayed vertical suplex as the show heads to a commercial.
Back from the break, Cody drops Cassidy with a slam. Cassidy comes back and sends Cody to the floor. Cassidy drops him with a dive to the floor right in front of The Dark Order. John Silver grabs the title and tries to hit Cody with it, but Cassidy stops him. Referees eject The Dark Order from ringside. Cassidy hands the belt to Anderson and rolls Cody back into the ring. Cody comes back for Cross Rhodes, but Cassidy rolls him up for two. Cassidy drops Cody with a Stundog Millionaire, but Cody comes back with the Cody Cutter. They exchange shots and Cassidy goes for the Orange Punch, but Cody drops him with a basement dropkick. Cody wraps Cassidy’s leg around the ring post and locks Cassidy in a single-leg Boston Crab in the ring. Cassidy comes back with a roll-up for two, but Cody kicks out and takes Cassidy down. Cody goes for a cover, but Cassidy kicks out. Cody puts Cassidy up top and wraps Cassidy’s leg over the top rope. Cody drops Cassidy with a reverse suplex from the top and goes for the cover, but Cassidy kicks out. Cody tries to wrap Cassidy’s knee around the ring post again, but Cassidy pulls him into the ring post. Cassidy drops Cody with a diving DDT and goes for the cover, but Cody kicks out. Cassidy delivers a Michinoku Driver and goes for the cover, but Cody kicks out. Cassidy goes for the Beach Break, but Cody gets free and locks in the Figure Four. Cassidy reverses the pressure, but Cody counters back and they roll to the ropes. Cassidy delivers the Beach Break on the apron and they fall to the floor. Cassidy rolls Cody and himself into the ring at the nine count and goes for the cover, but Cody counters into a crucifix pin, but Cassidy kicks out. Cassidy goes for the Orange Punch, but Cody counters and goes for the Cross Rhodes. Cassidy gets free and delivers a DDT. Cassidy delivers the Beach Break and goes for the cover, but Cody kicks out. Cassidy goes for the Orange Punch, but his knee gives out. Cody goes for Cross Rhodes, but Cassidy rolls him up. The referee counts two, but the time limit expires before the three count.

Alex Marvez is backstage with Lance Archer and Jake Roberts. Before they can talk, Jon Moxley rushes in and attacks Archer. Trainers try to pull them apart as they continue to brawl and yell.

Schiavone is ringside with Matt Hardy and his family. Hardy says he is proud of AEW and is happy to be one hundred percent healthy and cleared to return to the ring. A video plays of Sammy Guevara lighting pictures of Hardy on fire. Guevara says he attacked Hardy and injured his knee. He says every time they clear Hardy, he is going to send him right back to the hospital. Guevara says it is not over until Hardy is sent home for good. Hardy says he now knows what he first piece of business will be.

A draw of tag teams is held in the ring. Four teams are drawn, and the winners will challenge FTR at Full Gear. Private Party, Alex Reynold and John Silver, The Butcher and The Blade, and The Young Bucks are drawn. The four-way match will take place next week. All four teams join FTR in the ring. The Young Bucks extend for handshakes, and then pull FTR in close. Nick says they aren’t here to superkick Schiavone, but they lay out Blade and Reynolds with superkicks. All four teams begin to brawl as FTR and Blanchard leave the ring.

Match #4 – AEW Women’s World Championship Match: Hikaru Shida (c) vs. Big Swole
They shake hands to start the match, and Swole applies a top wrist-lock. Shida counters into a front face-lock. Swole comes back and drops Shida to the mat. Shida comes back and drops Swole with a shoulder tackle. Shida comes off the ropes, but Swole applies a headlock. Shida gets free and delivers a few shots to Swole to drop her to the mat. Shida delivers a knee strike on the apron, but Swole comes back and shoves Shida into the cameraman at ringside as the show heads to a commercial.
Back from the break, Swole sends Shida into the corner. Swole charges, but Shida dodges it and sends Swole to the apron. Swole comes back and drops Shida with a cutter on the stage. Shida delivers another cutter back in the ring and goes for the cover, but Shida kicks out. Swole delivers a headbutt and goes for Dirty Dancing, but Shida counters and applies a headlock. Shida drops Swole to the mat and delivers a knee strike. Shida delivers a Falcon Arrow and goes for the cover, but Swole kicks out. Shida comes off the ropes, but Swole dodges and delivers Dirty Dancing. Swole goes for the cover, but Shida grabs the rope at two. Swole goes for Dirty Dancing again, but Shida rolls through and delivers an elbow strike. Shida delivers a pair of knee strikes and gets the pin fall.

Match #5 – AEW World Championship – No Disqualification Match: Jon Moxley (c) vs. Lance Archer (w/Jake Roberts)
They brawl at the bell and Moxley immediately drops Archer with a Paradigm Shift. Moxley goes for the cover, but Archer kicks out. Archer takes Moxley to the floor and slams him into the barricade. Archer rolls Moxley back into the ring, but Moxley comes back with a dive that sends Archer into the barricade. Moxley slams Archer into the barricade, but Archer comes back and slams Moxley to the floor. Archer tosses Moxley back into the ring and charges into the corner. Moxley counters with a clothesline, and follows with a few shots. Archer is not fazed and takes Moxley down with a shoulder tackle. Archer sends Moxley to the floor and drops him with a cannonball senton as the show heads to a commercial.
Back from the break, Moxley delivers a forearm shot to Archer in the ring. Moxley comes off the ropes, but Archer catches him. Moxley delivers a few shots, but Archer sends him to the mat. They exchange shots, and then Moxley drops Archer with a German suplex. Moxley clotheslines Archer in the corner, and then delivers another in the center of the ring. Moxley throws chairs into the ring and sets them up. Archer comes back and choke slams Moxley through the chairs. Archer goes for the cover, but Moxley kicks out. Archer wraps a chair around Moxley’s head and goes to hit it with another chair, but Moxley counters and locks in a knee bar. Archer gets to the ropes, but there are no rope breaks. Archer pulls himself to the floor to break the hold. Moxley goes for a dive, but Archer hits him with a trash can. Archer hits Moxley with the trash can again and goes for a Paradigm Shift on Moxley through tables on the floor, but Moxley counters with a low blow. Moxley delivers a Paradigm Shift to Archer through the tables. Both men are cut open and Moxley delivers a Paradigm Shift in the ring. Moxley goes for the cover, but Archer kicks out.
Moxley goes for the Bulldog Choke, but Archer gets to his feet and sends Moxley to the corner. Arhcer delivers a DDT and sets Moxley up top. Archer delivers the Blackout and goes for the cover, but Moxley counters with a crucifix pin and gets the pin fall.

-After the match, The Lucha Brothers rush the ring with a chair as Kingston tells them to go help him. Rey Fenix hits Archer with a chair, but Archer is not fazed. Roberts leaves with Archer as Kingston gets a mic. He says he and Moxley have been friends forever and asks him about the old days. Kingston raises Moxley’s hand and says he has carried the company. Kingston says he is proud of Moxley and raises his hand with The Lucha Brothers. Kingston delivers a spinning back fist to Moxley and locks in a rear choke. The Lucha Brothers hold referees back as Kingston chokes Moxley out. Kingston grabs the title belt and says he never tapped to Moxley and says he will get him as the show comes to a close.
