9/17/20 WWE NXT UK Results
The show opens with a video package hyping the return of NXT UK for the first time since March. The opening credits roll, and Andy Shepherd and Nigel McGuinness are on commentary from the BT Sport Studios in London, England.
Sid Scala is in the ring, but he is interrupted by the number one contender for the NXT United Kingdom Championship, Ilja Dragunov. Dragunov says he is sorry for interrupting, but he has been waiting for six months for a fight. Noam Dar interrupts and says Dragunov doesn’t need a fight, but he does need anger management. Dragunov goes after him and they brawl in the ring. Referees pull them apart, and Scala says they will officially face off in the main event.

1. Gallus (Mark Coffey and Wolfgang) defeated Amir Jordan and Kenny Williams
-After the match, the NXT UK Tag Team Division come from all angles and stare down Coffey and Wolfgang.

A vignette for Saxon Huxley airs. He will be in action next week.
The NXT UK Women’s Champion, Kay Lee Ray, comes to the ring. She will defend the title against Piper Niven next week. She says she is the longest-reigning NXT UK Women’s Champion ever, and says she will still be after next week. Niven interrupts and tells Ray to tell everyone how many times she has beaten Ray in Japan and in the UK. Kay says Niven has not beaten this Kay Lee Ray and says Niven should know better than to trust her. Ray goes for a cheat shot, but Niven blocks it and sends Ray out of the ring. They stare each other down as Ray heads backstage.

2. Aoife Valkyrie defeated Isla Dawn
A video package for the NXT UK Heritage Cup Tournament is shown. The tournament will take place over the coming weeks, and will be contested under British Rounds Rules. A-Kid, Dave Mastiff, Noam Dar, Flash Morgan Webster, Joseph Conners, Alexander Wolfe, and Trent Seven have been confirmed for the tournament, with one spot still open. The match drawing for the cup will happen next week, and Pete Dunne will draw the matches.

3. Ilja Dragunov defeated Noam Dar
-Alexander Wolfe came to ringside to distract Dragunov, but ended up costing Dar the match. After the match, the NXT United Kingdom Champion, WALTER, came to ringside and he and Dragunov stared each other down.
