Impact Wrestling Bound for Glory Main Event Rumor

Dave Meltzer reported in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the main event for Bound for Glory on October 24 will likely be announced on Tuesday’s episode on AXS TV.

The main event will not be Eric Young vs. Eddie Edwards, which was announced for the Victory Road-themed show. Instead, The winner of that match will defend the Impact World title in the main event of Bound for Glory.

The rumor is it could be Eric Young defending the World Title against Rich Swann. But, it is possible Swann could cost Young the World Title at Victory Road and their match will be a non-title affair.
