The opening credits roll. Excalibur, Jim Ross, and Tony Schiavone are on commentary from Jacksonville, Florida.

Highlights from the feud between Best Friends and Santana and Ortiz are shown.

Match #1 – Tag Team Match: Best Friends (Chuck Taylor and Trent) vs. Santana and Ortiz
Best Friends jump Santana and Ortiz during their entrance, and they all brawl around the ringside area. Trent gets beaten down on the stage and Santana and Ortiz go after Taylor, but Trent comes back and takes them out with a dive. Best Friend try to suplex Ortiz onto the steps, but Santana makes the save. Taylor sends Santana over the barricade and grabs chairs from under the ring and stacks them up on the floor. Santana nails Taylor in the face with a chair of his own as Trent works over Ortiz. Taylor comes back with a back body drop to Santana on the ramp, but Santana comes back and throws Taylor onto the stack of chairs. Santana and Trent get into the ring and the bell finally rings.
They exchange a few shots, and then Trent takes Santana down with double knees. Trent delivers a chop, but Santana sends him to the ropes. Ortiz grabs Trent, and Santana connects with a pump kick. Ortiz tags in, and he and Santana drop Trent with a double suplex. Ortiz goes for the cover, but Trent kicks out. Ortiz drops Trent with a suplex, and then delivers a basement dropkick. Ortiz sends Trent to the corner, and tags in Santana. Trent sends Santana to the floor, and then drops Ortiz with a DDT. Trent takes Ortiz out with a dive and goes for one on Santana, but Santana moves and Trent crashes into the barricade. Santana gets Trent back in the ring, and kicks him in the face. Trent comes back with a kick to the face, and tags in Taylor. Taylor delivers shots to Santana and Ortiz, and then sends them to the floor. Taylor takes them out with a dive, and tosses Santana back into the ring. Taylor connects with Soul Food and Falcon Arrow and goes for the cover, but Ortiz breaks it up. Taylor takes Santana down with a sunset flip, and gets a two count. Taylor delivers a knee strike to Santana, and Trent tags in.
Trent goes to the apron, but Ortiz grabs his ankles and Santana sends Trent down onto the steps. Taylor gets involved, but Ortiz grabs him. Santana and Ortiz go for the Street Sweeper, but Trent pulls Santana to the floor. Trent slams Ortiz to the mat and goes for the cover, but Santana puts Ortiz’s hand on the ropes. Santana sends Taylor over the barricade, and then hits Trent with a baton. Santana and Ortiz hit the Street Sweeper on Trent and Santana gets the pin fall.
Winners: Santana and Ortiz

A promo from MJF airs. He says the only possibility for this Saturday is him becoming the AEW World Champion, but one of his campaign workers interrupts and says Mark has locked himself in the room. MJF asks him if he is alright, and he says if he has a little more time, they can find a way out of this. Wardlow beats down the door and pulls Mark to the hallway. MJF says he knows that Mark is scared of Jon Moxley, but there is nothing scarier than being in the position of getting in the way of MJF’s goals. He says Mark has two options: he gets in the ring, or he gets in a wood chipper.

Match #2 – Eight-Man Tag Team Match; the winning teams will face each other at All Out: Jurassic Express (Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus) (w/Marko Stunt) and The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) vs. Private Party (Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen) and SCU (Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian)
Jungle Boy and Kazarian start the match. They exchange holds, and Kazarian drops him with a shoulder tackle. They exchange roll-ups, and then stand at a stalemate. Matt and Quen tag in, and Matt delivers a few stomps. Quen comes off the ropes with a dropkick, and Kassidy tags in. Kassidy kicks Matt in the face, and sends him to the floor with a hurricanrana. Matt rips up a “Hangman, drink my beer” sign and dumps a beer over the fan’s head. Daniels tags in, and tosses Matt back into the ring. Nick makes a tag and kicks Daniels in the head. Luchasaurus and Jungle Boy ask for the tag, but Nick tags in Matt instead. Daniels comes back with shots to Matt, and Nick tags in. The Bucks double team Daniels and make quick tags. Daniels takes them both down, and then Jungle Boy and Kazarian tag in. Kazarian drops Luchasaurus on the apron and delivers more shots to Jungle Boy. He takes Matt down with a guillotine leg drop, and then drops Jungle Boy with a clothesline. Kazarian drops Nick with a cutter, and then Daniels takes The Bucks out with a springboard moonsault on the floor.
Kazarian gets Jungle Boy back into the ring and keeps the advantage. Kazarian sends Jungle Boy to the corner and tags in Kassidy. Kassidy quickly tags in Quen and they double team Jungle Boy. Quen goes for the cover, but Jungle Boy kicks out. Daniels tags in and drops Jungle Boy with a suplex. Daniels goes for the cover, but Jungle Boy kicks out again. Kazarian tags in as the show heads to a commercial.
Back from the break, Jungle Boy and Kassidy are the legal men. Jungle Boy takes down Daniels and Kassidy, and tags in Luchasaurus. Luchasaurus delivers shots to everyone on the other team, but Private Party take him down with a double dropkick. Luchasaurus comes back with a double clothesline, and then takes out SCU with a dive to the outside. Matt makes the tag as Luchasaurus double choke slams Private Party. Jurassic Express and The Bucks deliver a double Risky Business to Private Party. Jungle Boy tags in and takes Kassidy down with a clothesline. SCU sends Luchasaurus and The Bucks to the floor and then slams Jungle Boy to the mat. Kassidy comes down with a dive and goes for the cover, but Jungle Boy kicks out. Daniels tags in and Matt accidentally hits Jungle Boy with a superkick. Daniels tags in Quen and hits the Best Moonsault Ever. Quen hits the Shooting Star Press on Jungle Boy and goes for the cover, but Luchasaurus breaks it up. Luchasaurus delivers a shot to Daniels and a headbutt to Quen. Jungle Boy slams Quen to the mat and goes for the cover, but Kazarian breaks it up.
Luchasaurus tags in, but Matt tags himself in right after. The Bucks hit the BTE Trigger on Quen and Matt gets the pin fall.
Winners: Jurassic Express and The Young Bucks

Jake Hager walks into Orange Cassidy’s locker room and sits down beside him. Hager tells Cassidy that Chris Jericho wants him at ringside for his match tonight. He shoves Cassidy’s leg away and tells him it would be smart if he was there.

Tully Blanchard is backstage with FTR. He said he told them that they had to win the gauntlet, and they did that. He says the prize is in front of them on Saturday night, and they have to go take it. Dax Harwood says as much as he likes Adam Page, he will like being the AEW World Tag Team Champions more.

Tony Schiavone is in the ring, and he brings out Kenny Omega. Omega says everyone in life makes mistakes, and this is something that Page will have to deal with. Omega says Page was fooled by FTR, but we live, we learn, and we move on. He says just like every other tag team before them, they will defeat FTR. Omega says they will bring their A-game, so hopefully FTR does as well. FTR come to the ring with Blanchard and an ice chest. Harwood says Page and Omega has had an impressive run and they do not have a problem with Omega. He says they are looking forward to having a great tag team match on Saturday. They give him a chocolate milk, while they take beer out of the cooler. Omega says he can’t turn down a pint, but he can help the amount of time he is in the ring with a couple of dickheads. Omega insults Blanchard and tells them to make it quick. Page walks out and gets into the ring. Harwood tells Page to explain to Omega who got into his head. Harwood says it wasn’t them, but Page did it to himself. Harwood calls Page an insecure little boy and says he got in his own head. Harwood calls him a piece of shit, and Cash Wheeler says Omega knows all about Page. FTR grab the tag title belts and thrown them at Page’s feet before leaving the ring. Page picks them up and holds Omega’s out for him, but Omega has already left the ring.

Alex Marvez is backstage with Chris Jericho. Jericho says fans worldwide will get to experience the Mimosa Mayhem Match to finally decide who is the better man between he and Orange Cassidy. He says he has made Cassidy into a better man, but now he has to put a bullet in his head and send him back to where he came from. He says he is going to his Cassidy with the Judas Effect, make him tap out to the Walls, and then throw him in the mimosa pool. He says that Joey Janela is nothing but a sacrifice tonight.

Match #3 – Singles Match: Chris Jericho (w/Jake Hager) vs. Joey Janela
Before the match, Orange Cassidy accepts the invitation to watch the match from ringside.
Jericho delivers shots and backs Janela into the corner. Jericho chops Janela and clotheslines him in the corner. Jericho takes Janela down and delivers a series of rights. Jericho drops Janela with a back body drop and keeps control of the match. Jericho drops Janela with a cross chop to the throat, but Janela comes back with a few shots and drops Jericho with a shoulder tackle. Jericho comes back and takes Janela down again and then delivers knee strikes. Jericho sends Janela to the entrance ramp, but Janela comes back over the ropes. Jerichon catches him with the Codebreaker and locks in the Walls of Jericho, but Janela is already knocked out and the referee calls for the bell.
Winner: Chris Jericho
-After the match, Jericho continues the beat down. Jericho exposes the turnbuckle and slams Janela into it. Janela has been busted open, and Jericho delivers shots to the open wound. Jericho rubs Janela’s blood on the shirt he is wearing, which is Cassidy’s face. Jericho rips the shirt off and throws it at Cassidy. Cassidy rushes into the ring, but Hager does as well. Hager and Jericho beat down Cassidy, but Sonny Kiss rushes out and drops Jericho. Hager slams Kiss, but Cassidy sends Hager to the outside. Cassidy drops Jericho with a DDT and goes for the Superman Punch, but Hager pulls Jericho to the floor. Cassidy grabs his backpack and pulls out a bottle of the Bubbly. He pops the top and dumps it out in the ring while giving a thumbs down.

The video hype package for the feud between Matt Hardy and Sammy Guevara airs. They will face off at All Out on Saturday night in a Broken Rules Match. If Hardy loses that match, he must leave AEW.

Back from the break, Hardy and Guevara are going at each other with cue cards, which is what Guevara usually does during commercial breaks.

Taz comes to the ring with Ricky Starks and the FTW Champion, Brian Cage. Taz says one of Starks or Cage will win the Casino Battle Royale this Saturday. He calls Darby Allin dead meat and says Lance Archer cannot deal with Brian Cage. Jake Roberts and Lance Archer come out and interrupt. Roberts says they are a couple of squirrels trying to get a nut, but they won’t get one. Roberts says he is looking at a group of losers in the ring. He gets in the ring with Archer, but Eddie Kingston, The Lucha Brothers, and The Butcher and The Blade interrupt. Kingston says Archer is tough, but not tougher than him. He says Taz is around guys who are good for nothing machines. Tully Blanchard and Shawn Spears come out and watch from afar. Taz says Cage and Starks will fight them all right now, and then a brawl ensues. Billy comes out, as does Darby Allin. More wrestlers from ringside hop in the ring as the brawl continues. Santana, Ortiz, and Hager come out, as do Best Friends. The brawl continues as the show heads to a commercial.

Back from the break, the brawl is still going on in the ring.

The video hype package for the Eight-Man Tag Team Match at All Out airs. The Dark Order will take on Matt Cardona, Scorpio Sky, and The Natural Nightmares.

Match #4 – Singles Match: Thunder Rosa vs. Serena Deeb
They lock up and Deeb applies a wrist-lock. Rosa turns it into a heel lock and then applies a side headlock. Deeb gets free and takes Rosa down with a waist-lock take down. Deeb turns it into a side headlock and then delivers an uppercut. Rosa comes back with a right hand, but Deeb delivers one of her own. Rosa drops Deeb with a few arm drags and then delivers a dropkick. Rosa delivers a chop, but Deeb drops her with a neck-breaker. Deeb slams Rosa’s knee into the mat a few times, but Rosa comes back with an elbow shot as the show heads to a commercial.
Back from the break, Rosa is in control. Rosa drops Deeb to the mat and applies a rear chin-lock. Deeb gets to her feet and drops Rosa with a Backstabber. Deeb drops Rosa with a couple of clotheslines and works over her arm. Deeb applies a standing octopus submission and then rolls Rosa up for two. Rosa comes back with an elbow shot and then clotheslines Deeb in the corner. Rosa takes Deeb down with a knee strike and then delivers a basement dropkick in the ropes. Rosa goes for the cover, but Deeb kicks out. Deeb comes back with a back slide and gets a two count. Deeb goes for a pile driver, but Rosa counters with a Death Valley Driver. Rosa goes for the cover, but Deeb kicks out. They exchange roll-ups and the Rosa delivers a palm strike. Rosa slams Deeb to the mat with the Thunder Driver and gets the pin fall.
Winner: Thunder Rosa

Jon Moxley cuts a promo backstage. He says MJF has made it and he gets his shot on Saturday night. Moxley tells MJF not to sweat it, because all the distractions to away on Saturday. Moxley asks MJF if he is ready and willing to kill or be killed. Moxley says the MJF we see on Saturday has to be the meanest and nastiest MJF we have ever seen if he has a shot. Moxley says 2020 has been bad enough already, and we don’t need an MJF title reign on top of everything else. He says everything MJF has done up until now has been the easy part.

Tony Schiavone is with Big Swole. He says Swole will get her match against Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. on Saturday during the Buy In. Swole says she will show up at Baker’s job and they will fight tooth and nail. Rebel walks up with a pizza box, and Baker attacks Swole from behind with her crutches. Baker slams Swole’s face into the pizza box and then locks in the Lockjaw on the floor.

Match #5 – Singles Match: Jon Moxley vs. Mark Sterling (w/Wardlow)
Sterling crouches around the ring, but Moxley lunges at him and he jumps back into the corner. Moxley offers a free shot and shows Sterling how to make a fist. Moxley dodges the shot and slaps Sterling in the face. Moxley scares Sterling again, and Sterling leaves the ring. Moxley turns his back and Wardlow tells Sterling to get back in the ring. Sterling charges at Moxley, but Moxley moves and Sterling falls to the floor. Moxley chases Sterling back into the ring, but Sterling pokes him in the eye. Moxley drops him with a clothesline and then sends him to the floor with another one. Moxley slams Sterling into the barricade and takes him into the stands. Moxley buries him under the barricade and a few chairs. Moxley delivers a right hand and them beats him with his own shoe. Moxley tosses Sterling back into the ring and grabs a chair. Moxley sits on the chair in the ring and offers his hand to Sterling. Moxley pokes Sterling in the eye and drops him with the Paradigm Shift and gets the pin fall.
Winner: Jon Moxley
-After the match, Wardlow drops Moxley with a clothesline. Wardlow delivers two F-10’s to Moxley as MJF walks to the stage with a walker. He tosses the walker to the side and removes his neck brace. MJF gets into the ring as Wardlow stomps on Moxley. MJF delivers right hands to Moxley and gouges his eyes. MJF kicks Moxley in the face and chokes his with his boot. MJF delivers a knee strike and then chokes Moxley with his boot again. MJF stands on Moxley’s head and puts on the Dynamite Diamond Ring. Wardlow grabs Moxley and MJF knocks him out with a shot from the ring. Moxley has been busted open, and MJF bites the wound on his head. MJF chokes Moxley as Wardlow grabs the AEW World Championship belt. MJF delivers more shots to Moxley and takes the title from Wardlow. MJF holds the title in the air and stands over Moxley as the show comes to a close.
