Vince McMahon reportedly doing well financially during the pandemic

The Middleton Press is reporting that Connecticut billionaires have fared well during the COVID-19 pandemic. Among those billionaires is of course Vince McMahon, whose net worth has grown from $1.8 billion to $1.977 billion, from March to June. That’s a $177 million (9.8%) growth during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Tom Swan, CCAG executive director, wrote about the report, “This report is a stark reminder of the level of inequality in Connecticut. It also makes clear that any austerity arguments are disingenuous when the legislature begins to grapple with Connecticut’s legacy of white supremacy and looming budget challenges.”
