Dynamite opens with highlights from this past Saturday’s Double or Nothing pay-per-view.

The Inner Circle is outside the arena, talking about shirts that they had made for their pep rally tonight.

The opening credits roll. Excalibur, Jim Ross, and Tony Schiavone are on commentary from Jacksonville, Florida, and they run down the card for the show.

Match #1 – Six-Man Tag Team Match: Joey Janela and Private Party (Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen) vs. Matt Hardy and The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson)
Matt starts the match with Quen. They lock up and Matt applies a side headlock. Quen backs him into the ropes, but Nick makes the tag. Kassidy gets into the ring, but the Bucks take down Private Party. Janela gets tagged in, but Hardy and the Bucks triple-team him in the corner. Kassidy tags in and locks up with Nick. Nick applies a side headlock, but Kassidy sends him off the ropes. Nick drops him with a shoulder tackle and then kicks him in the face. Quen gets involved, and Private Party send Nick to the floor. Janela takes Nick out with a dive, and then drops him with a Death Valley Driver on the floor. He tosses Nick back into the ring and Kassidy keeps control. Private Party goes for Silly String, but Nick dodges it and takes out Janela. Nick takes out Quen and Kassidy and goes for a superkick to Janela, but Janela dodges it. The Butcher and The Blade grab Nick at ringside, but Matt makes the save. Nick slams Janela with a face-buster on the stage, and then drops Quen on the stage and takes Kassidy down with a Destroyer.
Hardy tags in and drops Kassidy with a clothesline. Hardy delivers a back body drop and then a Side Effect. Hardy goes for the cover, but Kassidy kicks out. Hardy delivers a right hand, but Kassidy comes back with an enzuigiri. Kassidy comes off the ropes, but Hardy catches him and drops he and Quen to the mat. Hardy slams Janela as well, and stacks them on top of each other. Hardy connects with a moonsault on all of them and goes for the cover, but they all kick out. Matt tags in and delivers right hands to Kassidy. He runs the ropes, but Janela kicks him in the back. Janela takes out the Bucks with a double dropkick, but Hardy takes Janela out with a right hand. The Bucks double superkick Janela, but Private Party take out the Bucks with a double dive. Quen hurt his leg on the dive, but Kassidy gets back into the ring. Kassidy drops Hardy with a face-buster and goes for the cover, but Hardy kicks out. Hardy and the Bucks triple-team Kassidy and get the pin fall.
Winners: Matt Hardy and The Young Bucks
-After the match, Hardy helps Quen to the back. The Butcher and The Blade hop the barricade and attack the Bucks in the ring. Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood pull up to the arena in a truck and get into the ring. They attack Butcher and Blade. They send Butcher to the floor and drop Blade with a spike pile driver. Butcher comes back and they drop him with the Shatter Machine. The Bucks and FTR stand off in the ring.

The AEW World Champion, Jon Moxley, makes his way to the commentary table. Footage of the Casino Ladder Match from Double or Nothing, which was won by Brian Cage, is shown.

Match #2 – Singles Match: Brian Cage (w/Taz) vs. Lee Johnson
Cage drops Johnson with an uppercut before the bell, and then delivers short-arm clotheslines in the corner. Cage tosses Johnson across the ring, and connects with an elbow in the corner. Cage delivers a kick to the head, and connects with a release German suplex. Cage power bombs Johnson, and then delivers a Buckle Bomb. Cage drops Johnson with the Drill Claw and gets the pin fall.
Winner: Brian Cage
-After the match, Taz says he respects Moxley and what he has done with his career. He says at Fyter Fest, Moxley is dealing with a machine known as Brian Cage. He tells Moxley to bring the fight, grit, and heart he is known for, because Cage is going to rip his heart out of his chest. Taz tells Moxley to beat Cage if he can, and to survive if he lets him.

Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. comes to the stage in a wheelchair. Tony Schiavone joins her on the stage for another edition of The Rules for Being a Role Model. Baker presents rules number three, which is “don’t hurt the role model.” She says the assault on her last week left her with a broken tibia. She says it wasn’t an accident, but was a conspiracy. She says without her, there is no Women’s Division. She runs down Kris Statlander, Hikaru Shida, and Nyla Rose, and says they were all in it together to injure her. She says Aubrey Edwards has been the referee most of the times she has been injured. She says she will return at All Out in September.

A video hype package for the first AEW action figure line is shown.

Alex Marvez is backstage with The Inner Circle. Chris Jericho says this will be the best pep rally every. Orange Cassidy slowly walks through the screen and takes Jericho’s attention away. He says he will see Cassidy later.

Match #3 – Singles Match: Hikaru Shida vs. Christi Jaynes
They lock up and Shida backs Jaynes into the ropes. They separate, but Jaynes takes Shida to the mat. Shida comes back with a forearm shot, but Jaynes comes back with a chop. Jaynes takes Shida down with an arm-drag, but Shida comes back with a few forearm shots. Shida slams Jaynes into the corner and delivers a running knee strike. Shida delivers another knee strike on the apron and connects with a back-breaker in the ring. Shida applies a rear chin-lock, and then drops her with a suplex. Jaynes comes back with an enzuigiri and takes her down to the mat. Jaynes kicks Shida in the head and goes for the cover, but Shida kicks out. Jaynes goes for a Lionsault, but Shida dodges and connects with two shots to the head. Shida goes for the cover, but Jaynes kicks out. Shida delivers a Falcon Arrow and gets the pin fall.
Winner: Hikaru Shida

Footage of Cody defeating Lance Archer to become the inaugural AEW TNT Champion at Double or Nothing. Cody then joins Tony Schiavone in the ring. Cody says he like Tom Brady because Brady wasn’t the first pick, but turned out to be the greatest. Hes says like Brady, he wasn’t the first pick, but he became the first champion of “America’s Network.” He says he took his bumps and paid his dues. He says he will outwork anyone who stands next to him. He says he will defend the AEW TNT Championship every week in an open challenge, and this is where the fun begins.

Match #4 – Tag Team Match; winner receive an AEW World Tag Team Championship Match next week: Jimmy Havoc and Kip Sabian (w/Penelope Ford) vs. SCU (Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio Sky)
Havoc and Sabian attack SCU before the bell rings. They send Sky to the floor, but Kazarian slams them into each other. The bell rings as Kazarian drops Sabian in the ring. Sky tags in, and they drop Sabian with a double back-elbow. Sky delivers a back-breaker and goes for the cover, but Sabian kicks out. Kazarian tags in and drops Sabian with a spinning heel kick. Kazarian goes for the cover, but Sabian kicks out. Sabian comes back with a jaw-breaker and tags in Havoc. Kazarian drops Havoc with an arm-drag and tags in Sky. Sky takes Havoc down and goes for the cover, but Havoc kicks out. Kazarian tags back in and connects with an ax handle from the top. Havoc comes back and delivers a shot to the midsection. Kazarian trips Havoc into the ropes and Sky kicks Havoc in the face. Kazarian connects with a suplex and goes for the cover, but Havoc kicks out. Kazarian drops Sabian with a right hand and rolls Havoc up for two. Sabian connects with a shot to Kazarian and Havoc rolls him up, but Kazarian kicks out.
Sabian tags in and double teams Kazarian with Havoc. Havoc kicks Kazarian in the face and Sabian rolls him up, but Kazarian kicks out. Havoc tags back in and pokes Kazarian in the eye. Havoc slams Kazarian to the mat and goes for the cover, but Kazarian kicks out. Havoc delivers an elbow shot and Sabian tags in. Sabian drops Kazarian to the mat and tags Havoc back in. Havoc takes Kazarian down as the show heads to a commercial.
Back from the break, Sabian and Havoc are still in control. Kazarian fights back and tags in Sky. Sky drops Sabian and Havoc with clotheslines and then delivers a dropkick to Havoc. Sky connects with a knee strike to Sabian, and then delivers a Cutter. Sky locks in a Dragon Sleeper, but Havoc breaks it up with a headbutt. Havoc tags in, but Sky chops him. Sky kicks Havoc in the face, but Havoc comes back with an elbow shot. Havoc takes Sky down with a Death Valley Driver and tags in Sabian. Sabian connects with a double stomp and goes for the cover, but Sky kicks out. Sabian goes after Kazarian, but Kazarian dodges him. Havoc tags back in, as does Kazarian. Kazarian drops Havoc with a DDT and goes for the cover, but Havoc kicks out. Kazarian delivers a Cutter and goes for the cover, but Sabian goes to break it up. Kazarian dodges and Sabian hits Havoc. Sky tags in and they go for the SCU L8R, but Ford grabs Kazarian’s boot. Sabian and Havoc drop Sky with a Michinoku Driver combination and Havoc gets the pin fall.
Winners: Jimmy Havoc and Kip Sabian

A promo from MJF airs. He says he is perfect in the ring and magnificent on the mic. He says he has been undefeated for over a year and it is perplexing to him that he has not received a title shot. He says he thinks someone in the AEW office doesn’t like him. He says when that certain someone said there would be a Battle Royal for his first challenger, he entered to ensure he gets proper competition. He says Wardlow is in it for insurance, and if they are the final two Wardlow knows what to do. Wardlow says, “But,” but MJF gets in his face. MJF laughs and says he was just kidding. MJF walks off as Wardlow looks on.

Match #5 – #1 Contender’s (AEW World Championship) Battle Royal: MJF vs. Billy vs. Luther vs. Marko Stunt vs. Wardlow vs. Orange Cassidy vs. Colt Cabana vs. Luchasaurus vs. Sonny Kiss vs. Christopher Daniels vs. Jungle Boy vs. Brandon Cutler vs. Peter Avalon
Cassidy is attacked by Santana and Ortiz before he gets into the ring. Everyone brawls in the ring, and Luchasaurus chokeslams Luther to the floor. Wardlw eliminates Sonny Kiss, and then MJF attacks him on the outside. Billy eliminates Cabana. A Dark Order member hands Cabana a flier at ringside as the show heads to a commercial.
Back from the break, Avalon and Cutler have been eliminated. Stunt eliminates Daniels, then Wardlow eliminates Stunt. Luchasaurus and Wardlow brawl in the ring, and then MJF joins and beats down Luchasaurus with Wardlow. Billy gets involved and gets in Luchasaurus’s face. Billy and Luchasaurus double-team Wardlow and then exchange right hands. Wardlow and MJF eliminate Billy and Luchasaurus. Cassidy rolls into the ring as MJF and Wardlow attack Jungle Boy. MJF grabs the ring and tries to his Cassidy, but he ducks and MJF hits Wardlow. Jungle Boy eliminates MJF, and then he and Cassidy eliminate Wardlow. Cassidy and Jungle Boy brawland throw each other over the top, but they both hold on. Cassidy drops Jungle Boy with a couple of shots, but Jungle Boy comes back and eliminates Cassidy.
Winner and number one contender for the AEW TNT Championship: Jungle Boy

Next week: Cody defends the AEW TNT Championship against Jungle Boy; Adam Page and Kenny Omega will defend the AEW World Tag Team Championship against Jimmy Havoc and Kip Sabian, and the winners will defend the titles against Best Friends at Fyter Fest; Chris Jericho will be in action next week.

Vickie Guerrero introduces The Inner Circle for their pep rally. They toss out shirts to the crowd, but the shirts say that The Inner Circle won Stadium Stampede. Jericho gets pissed, but Sammy Guevara calms him down and they all exchange gifts with each other. Guevara gives participation trophies, Ortiz gets ear protectors, Hager reads a poem. Jericho says all the gifts are nice, but he wants Mike Tyson’s head on a platter. Guevara says he couldn’t get that, but he got a cheese platter and a Little Bit of the Bubbly. He pulls the cover off, but the cheese and Bubbly are both gone. Tyson comes out with his posse and they all get into the ring. Jericho says Tyson turned on him a long time ago and knocked him out. Jericho tells Tyson he has one chance to apologize to him. Tyson rips his shirt off and poses in front of Jericho. Tyson shoves him, and Jericho shoves him back and everyone in the ring brawls. The locker room empties to pull everyone apart as the show comes to a close.
