Biography

– Howley began his career as ‘Lightning Lewis’ on the UK independent scene, but would soon abandon the gimmick to compete under his real name
– On October 31, 2015, Howley defeated Ryan Albright to win the WrestleForce Sportsman Title
– On November 7, Howley defeated The Punjabi Prince to retain the WrestleForce Sportsman Title
– On December 3, 2016, Howley defeated Paul Tyrrell to win the WrestleForce Essex Title
– On January 2, 2017, Howley defeated Marcus Broome to retain the WrestleForce Essex Title
– On April 8, Howley defeated Vaughn Vertigo to retain the WrestleForce Great British Title
– In February 2019, Howley made a pair of appearances for NXT UK, working as an enhancement tag team alongside Sam Stoker
– On March 13, Pretty Deadly (Stoker & Howley) defeated Team Storm (Ashley Dunn & Andreas Corr) to win the IPW Tag Team Titles
