– Melrose began his career on the UK indies as ‘Jason Prime’. In his debut match, he teamed with Ryan Dean to defeat Kris Karnage & Medallion
– On November 21, Prime defeated Damon Havok to win the TWS Trophy
– On January 31, 2015, Prime defeated Johnny Khaos to retain the TWS Trophy
– The next day, Prime defeated Alexander Henry to retain the TWS Trophy
– On October 2, Prime defeated AJ Anderson to win the MEW Heavyweight Title
– On January 29, 2016, Prime defeated Martin Kirby to retain the MEW Heavyweight Title
– On March 25, Prime defeated Liam Lazarus to retain the MEW Heavyweight Title
– On April 8, Prime defeated Big Joe in the final of a tournament to win the vacant RISE Title, but immediately lost it to Saxon Huxley

– In March 2019, the Primate character debuted on NXT UK, forming ‘The Hunt’ alongside Wild Boar

– Primate was released by WWE upon the demise of the NXT UK brand in 2022
