The Ascension returning to action after their WWE release

The Ascension have wasted no time finding work after being released from WWE, as they’ve been announced for two events in 2020.

The appearances at upcoming local events were announced this evening via Facebook.

The Ascension will first appear at WrestleFest 2 on March 8 at Heroes Hideout in the Colonie Center Mall in Albany, New York for what appears to be a signing.

The second appearance will be less than two weeks later for Xtreme Wrestling Alliance at an event called “The Awakening.” The show will be held March 21 at the Watervliet Dome in New York. No word on their opponents for the second event, but it’s being teased as a “SmackDown rematch.”
