– Reed began his career working for WWA and OVW in Kentucky, working under his real name and as ‘Brother Reed’
– On April 27, 2017, Hot Chocolate (Reed & Sugar Dunkerton) defeated The Ugly Ducklings (Lance Lude & Rob Killjoy) to win the 2017 Candido Cup and with it, the vacant IWA:MS Tag Team Titles
– On May 7, Reed defeated Jason Kincaid to win the Crown Of Glory Title
– On May 18, Hot Chocolate (Reed & Sugar Dunkerton) defeated Headbutts And Light Beers (Mance Warner & John Wayne Murdoch) to retain the IWA:MS Tag Team Titles
– On May 26, Reed defeated Rey Fenix to retain the Crown Of Glory Title
– On June 1, Hot Chocolate (Reed & Sugar Dunkerton) defeated Ray Waddell & Brandon Taggart to retain the IWA:MS Tag Team Titles
