1. Noam Dar defeated Ashton Smith
-After the match, Dar says he signed with NXT UK because of the big contract he received. He says he will be in Cardiff for NXT UK TakeOver: Cardiff.

Tyler Bate is shown by the trainer’s office. He says he is one hundred percent and he will not let Walter disrespect the WWE United Kingdom Championship anymore. He says he will become a two-time UK Champion at TakeOver: Cardiff.

The NXT UK Tag Team Champions, Grizzled Young Veterans, cut a promo. Zack Gibson says Gallus is petitioning for a title shot at TakeOver: Cardiff and they have been on an impressive streak. Gibson says while Gallus has beaten nobodies, they have been defending the titles against the best teams in the world. Mark Coffey and Wolfgang interrupt. Coffey says they aren’t asking; they are taking their match at TakeOver. Mark Andrews and Flash Morgan Webster interrupt. Andrews says they are two of the best teams in the world, but he says they aren’t going to go to Cardiff and take it over without he and Webster. Gibon says at least Gallus has been winning matches and not spending time in the doctor’s office. Coffey agrees with Gibson and tells Andrews to pipe down. Webster says they know they can beat Gallus and Grizzled Young Veterans. Gibson says they did not show up for a fight and have already punched their ticket to TakeOver. Gibson says Mr. Saint makes the matches and tells Andrews and Webster to earn their spot and says regardless of what happens, the titles will remain grizzled.

Travis Banks walks out of Johnny Saint’s office. He says he was told he has to earn a spot at TakeOver, and he is going to. He says Dar has to earn his spot as well, but he works harder than Dar. Andrews and Webster walk out of Saint’s office as well. They say if they prove themselves over the next few weeks, they go to TakeOver.

2. Jazzy Gabert and Jinny defeated Xia Brookside and Piper Niven

A video package for the feud between Kay Lee Ray and Toni Storm is shown.

An interview with Ilja Dragunov is interrupted by Kassius Ohno. Dragunov gets in Ohno’s face and Ohno backs away. They will go one-on-one in next week’s main event. Flash Morgan Webtser vs. Mark Coffey is official for next week as well.
