WWE back in Saudi Arabia on Halloween for another Crown Jewel event

PWInsider.com is reporting that the next WWE show in Saudi Arabia will be held on Thursday, October 31 at the King Saud University Stadium in Riyadh.

The past three events have all been held on a Friday night but with Smackdown moving live on Friday nights starting October 4, it makes zero sense to have two shows on the same day.

Moving the show to Thursday will still probably not be enough for certain stars to head back home and be part of Smackdown as well so this could very well be a Raw only broadcast. Technically, the trip is doable as from Saudi to the East Coast it’s around 13 to 15 hour flight depending where and with time difference gained, a chartered flight will arrive in time. But that means leaving immediately following the show and head to the airport with no time to spare in between.

The name of the event being used is Crown Jewel again although it’s not known if it will have the same tournament format from last year which was also held at the King Saud University Stadium.
