Many legends not cleared to wrestle on Raw

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Radio mentioned several wrestlers who were not cleared to wrestle.

Rikishi was not cleared to wrestle. Originally, his segment would have seen him delivering the Stinkface to D-Von Dudley and the Revival. It is unknown what he was flagged for that he couldn’t deliver a Stinkface.

Pat Patterson won the 24/7 despite not being cleared. We saw a “phantom title change” between him and Gerald Briscoe because neither man could take any physicality.

Mick Foley is said to not be cleared to wrestle ever again, however, he did take a Mandible Claw from Bray Wyatt.
