Undertaker Signs New WWE Deal

It appears as if the Undertaker’s appearances outside of WWE are at an end. On Sunday’s Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that the Dead Man has signed a new deal with WWE and will not likely book any more third-part appearances as a result of the deal.

Taker began taking outside appearances for speaking engagements, signings and the like back in February, and gained a lot of attention when he was announced as appearing at Starrcast during Double or Nothing weekend. Meltzer notes that the announcement over the weekend that his Q&As at his upcoming UK appearances will now be done by Mick Foley is a result of his new deal. Undertaker is said to have pushed hard to maintain his existing commitments and will still appear at Starrcast, but is not expected to book more outside shows himself.

The Undertaker made his TV return on last week’s Raw, interrupting Elias and Tombstoning him in a segment meant to set up a match at June’s expected Saudi Arabia show.
