Kenny Omega & Young Bucks On AEW’s TV Deal & Travel Schedules for Talent

Mar 26, 2019 - by Steve Gerweck

The Original Elite trio of Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks made a panel appearance during the recent Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo and during the session, they gave us an idea about how their company is going to operate.

First, Nick Jackson talked about the company’s touring schedule, saying that they are going to be a touring brand but not as crazy as WWE because a lot of wrestlers in the company have families.

While explaining AEW’s TV presence, Omega claimed that there are plans that have already been set in motion but it doesn’t mean that they can’t be expanded upon.

He went on to claim that they will still welcome ideas and feedback from fans because it’s for them in the end.

The talks then shifted towards the contracts they will be offering and when asked if they will be exclusive like WWE, Matt Jackson explained that it will be dependent on the wrestler because there are talents they wouldn’t want to catch ring rust

While the trio didn’t reveal any specific details on any of the matters, their comments are enough to give us an idea on what kind of company the Elite is trying to build and what the mindset of Kenny Omega and others is.
