Tammy “Sunny” Sytch’s Latest Arrest for Yet Another DWI
The latest arrest in Tammy Sytch’s series of legal troubles was, as you might imagine based on her past issues, due to a DWI. PWInsider has new details on the story, noting that Sytch’s arrest was due to allegedly driving while intoxicated.
According to the site, Sytch was pulled over on Saturday at 6:30 PM in Seaside Heights, New Jersy while driving on Dupont Avenue. The site has confirmed with the Seaside Heights PD that she was arrested for a DWI, her sixth arrest for doing so since 2015. Sntch was also given a summons for having an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle, for consumption of alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, reckless driving, failure to stop at a stop sign, driving the wrong way on a one-way street, driving with a suspended driver’s license and careless driving
Sytch was released into the custody of the Holmdel, New Jersey Police Department after it was learned that she has outstanding warrants in that jurisdiction as well as in Knowlton, New Jersey. She has been charged with Contempt of Court – Disobedience/Resistance of Court Command over both of those warrants and is currently being held at Monmouth County Correctional Facility in Freehold, New Jersey. The warrants in Holmdel and Knowlton are because she had not made sufficient payments according to an agreed-upon plan to reimburse the state of Pennsylvania for costs relating to her legal cases in that state.
