Dolph Ziggler not Done with WWE?

This past weekend, Dolph Ziggler spoke with Chris Van Vliet and said that he was on hiatus from WWE and was vague about if he would leave to sign with AEW. He then made an appearance at the Royal Rumble after saying he was not scheduled to be there. 

On the latest Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez said that Ziggler actually signed a new deal with WWE back in the fall. 

He said: “I don’t know what’s up with Dolph but he did re-sign in the Fall so he’s not going anywhere unless they give him a release, which I doubt.” 

Ziggler wasn’t buried in the Rumble and was allowed to eliminate Drew McIntyre, so it’s possible the rumors of his exit were false.
