Punk to do color commentary for MMA show on UFC Fight Pass in December
Cage Fury Fighting Championships, a mixed martial arts promotion based in New Jersey, today announced that former WWE champion CM Punk will be doing color commentary for the company’s December 14 show on UFC Fight Pass.
“I can’t wait for this opportunity to call the CFFC fights on UFC Fight Pass,” CM Punk said in a press release. “CFFC has a long history of putting on exciting fights featuring some of the sport’s up-and-coming athletes. This card is going to be a lot of fun and I’m really excited to have the chance to be a part of it.”
The show’s play-by-play action will be called by Mike Gill.
Punk, who made his MMA debut in 2016, has a 0-2 record in the UFC after losing his debut fight to Mickey Gall at UFC 203 and then losing to Mike Jackson at UFC 225.
