Dave Meltzer says Shawn Michaels wasn’t happy at all with his performance

“I’m sure he [was loopy] — how could you not? He landed on his head. I’m sure he’s — a 53-year-old guy landing on your head from to top of the ring post I’m sure he got hurt.”

“You saw when he landed. He didn’t look happy at all. Didn’t they say that he was smiling? I just look at him and go, ‘He landed on his face, he’s not happy at all.’”

Meltzer continued saying that watching Michaels wrestle this match was like a man realizing that he’s too old to wrestle anymore and he shouldn’t have come back and was the reason in post match interview said he wont be back for another match.
