Ambrose and Rollins Win RAW Tag Team Titles, But Ambrose Turns Heel After Match

With Braun Strowman running Drew McIntyre out of the ring and eventually to the backstage area, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose were able to win the RAW Tag Team Championship.  Rollins pinned McIntyre’s partner, Dolph Ziggler, after Ambrose dragged the knocked-out referee back into the ring.  The title win came hours after Rollins’ and Ambrose’s SHIELD partner, Roman Reigns, had announced that he was relinquishing the Universal Championship because of his battle with leukemia.

The shocker came after the match, when Ambrose turned heel and performed Dirty Deeds on his own tag team partner beginning an all-out assault on Rollins.  Fans looked on in disbelief as Ambrose assaulted Rollins inside and outside the ring, culminating in Ambrose pulling up a piece of the floor mat and performing another Dirty Deeds on Rollins onto the concrete floor beneath.

Ambrose and Rollins are officially still the new RAW Tag Team Champions, but look for McIntyre and Ziggler to regain the titles very soon.
