As of right now the current plan in WWE is for Brock Lesnar to defeat Bill Goldberg for the Universal championship at WrestleMania 33 in Orlando, FL, reports the The Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

The Observer also notes that the Lesnar vs. Goldberg match has been penciled in as the Wrestlemania 33 main event.
