WWE reportedly signs two Cruiserweight Classic competitors

PWTorch reports that WWE has signed two WWE Cruiserweight Classic competitors – Kota Ibushi (pictured above) and Gran Metalik. The two have reportedly signed WWE developmental deals. Ibushi has wrestled for New Japan Pro Wrestling since 2009, and is a three-time IWGP Junior Heavyweight champion. Ibushi, 34, took home the New Japan Cup in 2015.

Gran Metalik, 27, better known as Mascara Dorada, has been a staple of the CMLL promotion in Mexico for several years, as well as working tours with New Japan.
