Mike Bennett defeated Eddie Edwards to become the new TNA X Division Champion at Tuesday’s Impact Wrestling tapings in Orlando. The match will air next Tuesday night.

This is Bennett’s first reign with the title. Edwards had just won the belt from Trevor Lee at Sunday’s Slammiversary pay-per-view.
