WWE Looking to Make Fastlane a Top Pay-Per-View, Backstage News on the WWE Royal Rumble Finish

– It looks like WWE is putting more effort into this year’s Fastlane pay-per-view in hopes of making it one of their bigger events on the Road to WrestleMania.

For what it’s worth, and plans are always changing, but F4Wonline.com reports that the finish for the 30-man Royal Rumble main event is written and whatever they have planned to happen is going to set up a big match at the February 21st Fastlane pay-per-view. WWE officials reportedly want Fastlane to be an A-level pay-per-view and not just another stop on the Road to WrestleMania.

As we have noted, Brock Lesnar is scheduled for Fastlane.
