Hulk Hogan Asks Court to Investigate Leaks, Accuses Gawker Founder
– TMZ has an article revealing that Hulk Hogan’s attorneys have filed new court documents asking a judge to launch a full-blown investigation into Gawker boss Nick Denton and former Gawker executive AJ Daulerio to prove that they were the ones who leaked the court-sealed details from his sex tape with Heather Clem, including the “n word” scandal that was leaked by RadarOnline and The National Enquirer, leading WWE to terminate Hogan’s contract.
Hogan claims Denton leaked the story to hurt Hogan’s $100 million lawsuit against Gawker. In the documents filed, if Hogan’s suspicious are found to be true, Hogan wants anyone involved in the leak to be arrested and wants the judge to automatically declare him the winner in the $100 million lawsuit.
