MIDDLETOWN, Ohio (WKRC) — A pro-wrestler from Middletown was arrested after being accused of having sex with a 14-year-old.

Jonathan James Cboins goes by the name “Jonboy” in the ring. He was charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

The alleged incident was believed to have taken place over the weekend of July 17, after a wrestling show in Middletown.

He will appear in court later this month

This from the Examiner.com and Dr. Jerry Wiseman:

This is not the first time Cboins has been accused of forcing unwanted sexual contact on a person. Angel Patton (who gave permission to use her name even though she was the victim of an alleged sexual assault) claims that while working as a videographer for a wrestling company called “SWA” she and some other ladies went outside the venue to smoke after camera equipment stopped working.

Patton alleges that Cboins joined them outside and as they huddled together against the cold Cboins moved closer to her, slid his hand in-between her legs and touched her.

Cboins is facing a third degree felony, due to the age difference between he and his alleged victim being more than 10 years and “sexual contact” is defined by Ohio law as “any touching of an erogenous zone of another, including without limitation the thigh, genitals, buttock, pubic region, or, if the person is a female, a breast, for the purpose of sexually arousing or gratifying either person.”

If convicted Cboins could receive up to ten years in prision.
