Actor Cuts First “WWE Style” Promo, The Miz Responds, More on Possibly Working with WWE Again
– Actor Stephen Amell, who recently appeared on WWE RAW and has feuded with Stardust, did an intro for his Green Arrow character at the San Diego Comic Con this week and called it his first opportunity to cut a “WWE style promo.” The promo can be seen above.
We noted before that Amell indicated at Comic Con this week that he still expects to work with WWE again in some fashion. ComicBook.com notes that Amell was asked about wrestling Stardust at SummerSlam and said, “I’m not not gonna wrestle Stardust at SummerSlam. I know that double negatives in the English language are a no-no. I’m probably gonna do some stuff with the WWE. I don’t know if that means a wrestling match. We’ll see.”
The Miz replied to Amell’s Green Arrow promo with the following tweet:
