Backstage Update on ROH Star In WWE Creative, Hall of Famer Gets TV Show, Alex Riley, Chris Jericho

– The Hollywood Reporter notes that WWE Hall of Famer Mr. T has a new home renovation show coming out on the DIY Network. “I Pity the Tool” will see Mr. T and his team tear down outdated living spaces to give families beautifully remodeled rooms. The series will debut later this year.

– Chris Jericho will be featured in an upcoming issue of Metal Hammer UK magazine with his band Fozzy. Speaking of Fozzy, we’ve heard reports of packed crowds and hot shows from their current tour of Europe.

– We noted before that Ring of Honor veteran Jimmy Jacobs is headed to WWE after WrestleMania 31 to begin working a creative job. There’s a lot of speculation within WWE that Jacobs will start writing for NXT before making his way to the main roster creative team. Jacobs signing with WWE has been in the works for several months now.

– Alex Riley received a lot of praise on social media last night for his match against WWE NXT Champion Kevin Owens on the WWE Network. Riley tweeted the following last night and today:
