John Cena Going Into Springfield College Hall of Fame, Reaction to Bill DeMott Leaving NXT

– John Cena will be inducted into Springfield College’s Springfield College Athletic Hall of Fame on April 18th. Cena graduated from the Massachusetts college in 1999. Cena was a team captain in 1998 as the Springfield football team made it to the NCAA Division III championship. At the end of the season, Cena had numerous honors including being named a Hewlett-Packard Division III First Team All American.

– In light of recent allegations from Austin Matelson and other former WWE developmental wrestlers, Bill DeMott announced Friday that he is stepping down from his role as head trainer for NXT effective immediately. According to Max Landis, a Los Angeles-based director and screenwriter, talent in NXT are elated over the news. He tweeted:
