– Wesley Blake and Buddy Murphy defeated Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder. Fun opening match. Buddy Murphy is an interesting prospect. He has all the physical tools to go a long way in the company.

– Baron Corbin defeated Elias Samson. Lots of stalling by Samson. Once the match gets going, Baron wins easily.

– Shoot Nation comes out with their leader, Chad Gable, cutting a promo talking about their amateur wrestling backgrounds and how they are going to steal the dreams of every NXT superstar. Shoot Nation consists of: Chad Gable, Jason Jordan, Sawyer Fulton, Angelo Dawkins, and Tucker Knight (I’m not 100% positive on the last one).

– Marcus Louis defeated Steve Cutler. Pretty eh match.

– Bull Dempsey defeated Hugo Knox. Knox gets some offense in, but Bull pretty much dominates.

– CJ Parker comes out and cuts a promo running down the crowd and telling anybody who doesn’t believe in his cause to get up and leave the building.

– CJ Parker defeated Solomon Crowe. Solid match. Crowe is looking better in the ring as he’s working the rust off. CJ is great d**kish heel to the live crowd. If he could ever get that to translate to TV, it could help him move up the ladder a bit.

– Sasha Banks defeated WWE NXT Women’s champion Charlotte in a non-title match. A really good, aggressive match. I’m looking forward to seeing more of these two at Takeover.

– Kalisto defeated Simon Gotch (with Aiden English). English gets thrown out of ringside, but comes back only to have Gotch thrown into him to set up Kalisto’s win. After the match, Gotch and English laid Kalisto out and promised to take the tag titles at Takeover.

– Hideo Itami defeated Tyler Breeze. Another good match and probably the best Itami has looked in singles action since he got to NXT.

Notes: The meet and greet before the show was with The Ascension (Konor and Viktor) and Dana Brooke….NXT returns to Cocoa Dec 5.
