– The Miz opens Raw and says tonight as chosen by Vicky Guerrero is Champions Choice, Current Champions choose there challengers to defend the titles. The Miz welcomes John Cena as guest on MizTV. The Miz says I want to know what you think about AJ Lee screwing you. The Miz says you have been invited to the New Year Toast With Dolph Ziggler, John Cena says yes I am going to attend the New Year Toast. Rhode Scholars comes out and tells crowd to be silent, John Cena mocks Damien Sandow, then mocks Cody Rhodes mustache. Sandow says you went from being main eventing WrestleMania to being mocked by Rhode Scholars. Cena and The Miz talk, then says how about The Miz & John Cena Vs The Rhodes Scholars in a Match.
– Backstage: CM Punk enters party and says he has bought his Dr to say he isn’t able to compete in a week in a TLC match against Ryback for WWE Championship. CM Punk says I think Ryback should face the Shield later tonight in a Handicap Match.
– Before US Title: Antonio Cesaro says I will defend my title against this man who personifies Red, White & Blue – WWE Hall of Famer Sgt Slaughter
– Backstage: Big Show is at the party and says I am defending my title against Ricardo Rodriguez. Eve Torres says I am defending my title against WWE Hall of Famer Mae Young
– CM Punk, Paul Heyman and Dr come to the ring, Paul says CM Punk has been champion for 407 days. The doctor is here to confirm that Punk is really injured and they show x-rays on the Titantron. Punk talks about his title reign and all the injuries he has suffered. Punk brings up his WWE Title match against Ryback for January 7th. The doctor says he can’t clear Punk to wrestle and then Vince McMahon interrupts to a big pop. Vince wishes everyone Happy New Year and overrules the doctor, saying the match will happen and will be a TLC match. Vince wonders if Punk has been conspiring with The Shield and Brad Maddox. Vince goes on to say that WWE doctors will evaluate Punk and if he can’t wrestle on January 7th, then Heyman will have to face Ryback in the TLC match.
– End of Sheamus Vs Dolph Ziggler match sees The Shield run in and attack Sheamus dropping him with a triple powerbomb ending match in a Disqualification with Big E Langston saving Dolph Ziggler.
– Backstage: Wade Barrett & Kofi Kingston talk about who Kofi will choose as the challenger for Intercontinental Championship and Wade says choose me, Kofi says I will face you again and beat you like I did at TLC and will do it again tonight.
– Backstage: Brad Maddox asks CM Punk and Paul Heyman for a job and Paul Heyman tells him to get lost.
– Backstage: at party Divas check on Mae Young and doctor checks on her and after examines her says she can’t compete tonight because she is pregnant again.
– Ring: Eve Torres says Mae is making excuses and can’t face me so want the referee to declare me as winner via forfeit, says she wants a photo opportunity of me beating a Hall of Famer, Kaitlyn comes down and attacks Eve Torres. Eve escapes the ring after a brawl with Kaitlyn.
– Backstage: Alberto Del Rio says to Ricardo Rodriguez that I should face Big Show , Ricardo says I am doing it for you, Alberto says drive my car to the ring and try your best. End of World Heavyweight Championship ends in a DQ when Alberto Del Rio saves Ricardo when The Big Show goes for his KO Punch.
– After WWE Intercontinental Championship match: Josh Mathews interviews Barrett in the ring. Barrett warns the WWE locker room to watch out for him in 2013.
– Backstage we see WWE Roster backstage checking out Mae Young who seems to be in labor.
– We are informed on Raw Next Monday The Rock returns.
– Backstage Mae Young is in labor and pushed and Daniel Bryan comes in and says No, Kane says yes, Daniel says No, Roster chant yes, Mae Young pushes and out comes Hornswoggle who has a cigar in his hand then has a bottle handed to him.
– Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns make their way through the crowd for the handicap match against Ryback. Ryback comes out to a big pop but The Shield attack him on the ramp. Sheamus comes out to make the save and no bell has rang yet. Randy Orton is out next for the save and he gets the biggest pop of the night. The Shield escape through the crowd. Orton, Sheamus and Ryback stand tall in the ring. The match never officially started.
The New Years toast with AJ and Ziggler is up next. Cena is invited. Ziggler comes out in a tuxedo and AJ is in a dress. Langston is in regular wrestling gear. They toast the New Year and Ziggler shows clips of Cena’s bad year like the Brock Lesnar slam, getting knocked out by Big Show and others. Dolph un-invites Cena and tells Langston to guard the ring. AJ and Ziggler kiss but Cena comes out and interrupts. Cena admits he had a bad year but points out AJ’s many relationships. Cena shows a pic of AJ’s many illegitimate children on the big screen and it’s a bunch of babies with various Superstars and Legends heads photoshopped onto them. Cena goes on a long rant about Dolph and then announces he will be in the 30-man Royal Rumble match. Cena promises to win the WWE Title in 2013. Cena toasts AJ and Dolph and then a bunch of fake human waste falls from the rafters and splashes all over the ring, AJ and Ziggler. They throw a fit in the ring as Cena’s music hits and RAW ends.
