Gordon Nelson passes away

Just been told Gordon Nelson has passed away.He was a great man.He worked for WCW when I first came to America.He had started his pro career in England as The Masked Outlaw in the 60’s and was considered by Eric Taylor(Dave’s dad) as the best of them all.Eric Taylor was a feared wrestler and when Dave came to WCW he asked Gordon who was better,Eric or him.Gordon told Dave that Eric was but Eric said there was nobody who could touch Gordon.That was the kind of man he was.A real tough guy who didn’t care if anyone knew and didn’t need to shout about it.My best wishes to his son Steve and his family.
