– Sorensen began wrestling on the Texas indies in 2008 as Ryan Sorensen
– On May 17, 2011, Sorensen defeated D’Lo Jordan to win the vacant FUW Flash Title, but would lose it one week later to Romeo Razel
– On May 31, 2011, Sorensen (as Jesse Sorensen) wrestled a TNA dark match, defeating Dakota Darsow
– On June 28, 2011, Sorensen competed in TNA’s X-Division Showcase Tournament, but lost in the first round to Jack Evans
– On July 19, 2011, Hunks In Trunks (Sorensen & Nick Fame) defeated NVUS (Dakota Darsow & Kennedy Kendrick) and Pain Management (Biff Slater & Ralph Mosca) in a 3-Way Match to win the FUW Tag Team Titles
– On July 23, 2011, Hunks In Trunks defeated The Nuyoricanz (Carlos Rivera & D. Ramos) to retain the FUW Tag Team Titles
– On July 30, 2011, Hunks In Trunks defeated Sinn Bodhi & Sideshow to retain the FUW Tag Team Titles
